School Garden

Our Green-schools committee are working to reduce the amount of litter and waste produced by the school. The pupils in fifth class have learned all about reducing waste and single use plastics last term. The pupils in Mrs. MacKenna’s fifth class have started a campaign to encourage all pupils to avoid single use plastics and bring reusable water bottles to school. They presented and excellent, informative video at assembly and have put up posters around the school. Here are some of their fantastic posters Well done everyone! As a school, we would like to encourage all pupils to bring a reusable water bottle to school, rather than a disposable plastic one.
